Having heard learned counsel for respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose off these Petitions by directing the District Resettlement Officer, Solapur, to treat these Petitions as representations and dispose off the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a true copy of these petitions. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioners' claim and the District Resettlement Officer, Solapur shall decide the Petitioners' grievance independently and in accordance with law. All contentions are kept open.
In order to enable the District Resettlement Officer, Solapur to comply with this order, the Petitioners shall remain present before him along with true copy of these Petitions and certified copy of this order.
