By this civil application the applicants seek condonation of delay of one year and 155 days in filing the second appeal. The civil application is opposed by the respondents by filing affidavit in reply. 2.

I have perused the reasons for delay of one year and 155 days in filing the second appeal and have also perused the objections raised in the affidavit in reply.

In my view, the applicants have satisfactorily explained the delay of one year and 155 days in filing the second appeal. There is no merit in any of the objections raised by the respondents in the affidavit in reply.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of one year and 55 days is condoned. No order as to costs. 5.

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 13th January, 2016.
