P.C.:- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 feld by the aforesaid Applicant, who was arrested in Crime No.291 of 2017 registered with Bharati Vidyapith Police Station, Pune city, for ofences punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

It is stated that the Applicant has been released on covid bail. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that he has no instructions from the Applicant. Learned APP has placed on record a report, which states that subsequent to release of the Applicant on covid bail he has committed several crimes and that Crime Nos.964 of 2020, 106 of 2020, 25 of 2021 and 781 of 2021 have been registered 1/2

Megha 11_ba_896_2019.doc against him at Kondwa Police station, Pune. The report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. Learned APP states that the prosecution intends fling application for cancellation of bail. 3.

The Applicant is on covid bail. Advocate representing him has no instructions. Moreover, the report fled by the learned APP indicates that his present whereabouts are not known. Under the circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the application. Hence, the application is dismissed.
