By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 11.2.2016 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaysingpur below Exhibits-44 and 52 in Special Darkhast No.10/2010. By that order, learned trial Judge allowed the application Exhibit-44 moved by the respondent for issuing 1 / 2

Mr. Patil states that Ms.Shobha Sugandh Dongare, daughter-in-law of the petitioner is present in Court. He has tendered a photocopy of Aadhar Card of Ms.Shobha Sugandh Dongare, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Upon taking instructions from her, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. On the motion made by Mr. Patil, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
