In view of this, the learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 342 of 2018 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into POCSO Special Case No. 421 of 2018 does not conclude within a period of 6 months from today. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
