One of the prayers of the Applicant in this application is that his criminal writ petition No.2823 of 2014 be decided expeditiously. As far as this prayer is concerned, criminal writ petition No.2823 of 2014 is kept on 9.6.2016 for admission on which date the writ petition may be disposed of finally. 3.

The second prayer in this application is that the Applicant be sent to the open prison. As far as this prayer is concerned, in relation to the same prayer the Applicant had Megha 1/2

12_appw_139_2016_disp.doc preferred criminal writ petition No.1208 of 2016 and this Court by order dated 21.4.2016 has dismissed the writ petition. Thus, we cannot reconsider this prayer.

The third prayer in this application is in relation to permanent removal of the Applicant from the remission system. This prayer is part of the writ petition no.2823 of 2016 and it will be considered in the said matter.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are necessary in the present application and it is disposed of. 6.
