This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.10943 of 2015 to the file, which was dismissed for default by the order dated 21 st June 2016.

Mr. Mandar Bagkar, learned Advocate for the respondents has objected to restoration of the Writ Petition.

The reasons for condoning the delay and restoring the petition are stated in paragraphs 12 of the application; they being that the Advocate for the applicant-petitioner had filed Leave Note on the concerned date, which may not have been noticed while passing order dated 21 st June 2016. The reasons appear to be genuine.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Writ Petition No.10943 of 2015 is restored to the file.

(ii) Place Writ Petition No.10943 of 2015 for admission in regular course.
