In case no steps are taken the matter was liable to be dismissed against Respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 without further reference to the Court. Since the order was passed before issuing notice to Respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5, this Court finds that no notice is required for considering this Application. 2.

The Application stands allowed.
