This is an application for recalling of the conditional order dated 06.03.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.21910 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the applicant failed to supply copy of the Petition in the Registry.

For the reasons stated in Paragraphs 4 to 7 of the application, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application. Writ Petition No.3023 of 2020 is restored back to the file. Petitioner to supply copy of the Petition to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.
