Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has not exhausted the remedy of approaching the Court of Sessions by way of a Revision Application. He seeks permission to withdraw this Application and approach the Court of Sessions by way of a Revision Application. 2.

Considering this request, permission is granted to withdraw this Application with liberty to the Applicant to approach the concerned Court of Sessions. If such a Revision Application is filed, it shall be decided in accordance with law, including the question of delay in filing the Revision Deshmane(PS)
