The applicant/accused, by this application has prayed for expediting the trial by alleging that Sessions Case No.746 of 2010 against him, arising out of crime No.177 of 2010, registered at Vishram Bag Police station for offence punishable under Section 395, 397, 454, 120B of the Indian Penal Code is proceeding at snail's pace; the learned APP, on instructions made a statement that evidence of prosecution witnesses is already over and statement of accused under Section 313 of Code of Criminal Procedure is also recorded. In this view of the matter, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, seized with the matter, is requested to dispose of Sessions Case No.746 of 2010, within a period of two months. 2.
