After hearing for some time when the Court was not inclined to allow the application, learned Counsel for applicant seeks leave to withdraw the same, if the trial is expedited. Learned A.P.P., on instructions, makes a statement that charge-sheet in this crime is filed on 08.04.2017. Since period over 11⁄2 years is already passed, necessary directions can be issued for expediting the trial. Accordingly, leave as prayed is allowed. Application stands disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn. Sessions Case No.383 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, is expedited, to be decided expeditiously as far as possible on or before 31.10.2019.
