DATE: APRIL 29, 2022 P.C.:- 1] This Petition is by the Plaintiff to a suit being RCS No.183 of 2019 for specific performance, declaration and cancellation of documents and injunction.

2] Petitioner has sought temporary injunction not to interfere with the suit property. This prayer is rejected by the Courts below by recording concurrent findings.

3] Counsel appearing for the Petitioner makes a motion to withdraw the Petition with liberty to move Trial Court to seek amendment of the Plaint so as to enable him to place on record the appropriate map describing the property.
