As the matter is listed tomorrow before the trial Court, learned counsel for the applicant may request the trial Court to frame the charge and proceed with the trial considering that the applicant is in custody from 12/07/2019.

In this view of the matter, on instructions, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.
