This is an application for stay moved by the applicant-LIC. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties. It is revealed during the course of arguments that this Court was pleased to grant interim stay vide order dated 4th March 2021 subject to deposit of decretal amount with interest. That order has been complied with by the applicantappellant. However, it is evident from the order passed by this Court dated 15th November 2021 that the applicant has thereafter also

2/2 23 ia 650.20.doc deposited amount of cost with the Trial Court. Therefore, it is clear that applicant-LIC has complied with conditional order passed by this Court dated 4th March 2021 and 15th November 2021. As such stay granted earlier by this Court needs to be confirmed.

O R D E R

i) Stay application is hereby allowed.
