This is an application for modification of the condition imposed by this Court stated in paragraph (5) of the order dated 19/09/2019 which is at page no. 6 of the paper-book. Paragraph (5) reads thus :

"The applicant shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall mark his presence at Padgha police station, District Thane quarterly on first day of each month pending appeal. "

The application is opposed by learned APP.

The applicant has abided by the condition since 2019. 1/2

Urmila Ingale 34-ia-1132-24.doc The appeal will take some time to be heard finally. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am of the opinion that the application can be partly allowed. The condition mentioned in paragraph no. (5) to the extent of applicant to mark his presence at Padgha police station can be modified. Hereafter, the applicant shall mark his presence at Padgha police station once in a year, in first week of the concerned month, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., commencing from May 2024.
