The Applicant had earlier approached this Court for his release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application No.2254 of 2018. At that time after arguing for some time, the application was allowed to be withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to grant relief.

Considering this request, which is quite reasonable, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, the trial Court is requested to complete the trial within a period of five months from today.
