Learned A.P.P. submitted that, on 27th March 2019, the Applicant had made a statement before this Court that, to prove his bonafide and without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the Applicant is ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs.48,50,000/- in the Registry of this Court within stipulated period.
