The Registrar (Judicial-I) is directed to get the oral direction and make submission before this Court about Sessions Case No. 111 of 2014, which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai.

It is reported that the charge has framed on 09.12.2015 and the first witness was examined on 17.03.2016. I reported that there is a cross case bearing No. 110 of 2014 and hearing of the sessions case are clubbed by the learned Sessions Judge and the accused in other case and the complainant in case No. 111 of 2014 is absconding.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) is directed to get the information from the learned Sessions Judge that why there is a delay in trying this matter and what steps are taken to acquire the presence of absconding accused/complainant.
