Rng 2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we allow this Application and discharge the Applicant-Shri.Ram Naik from these proceedings and permit Shri.Vilas Vithoba Tamore President, Anoourja Prakalpidit Machhimar Samiti At & Post :Dandi Taluka and District Palghar Maharashtra- 401 501 to participate in the proceedings as Intervener in Writ Petition No.5663 of 2004. 2.

We also leave it open to the said Intervenor Mr.Vilas Vithoba Tamore to file a substantive PIL/Writ Petition if, so advised. 3.

Learned Advocates appearing in different groups of Petitions to submit a brief Note highlighting the issues and the broad controversies involved in the Petitions. Advance copies of the brief Notes shall be circulated to all other parties one week in advance i.e. by 18 June 2015.

Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of. Writ Petition No. 5663 of 2004 and other connected matters to be listed on 25 June 2015 at 3 p.m.
