Till the committee passes the order and after the scrutiny and verification and for a period of two weeks after the same is communicated to the Petitioner, Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take any action to revert the Petitioner only on the ground that he had failed to produce a validity certificate. The Writ Petition is disposed off.
