The Petitioner's contention is that the Police has not taken cognizance in respect of the complaint made by Petitioner vide letter dated 13 February 2016. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the bank officers had visited the house of Petitioner and molested her. Learned APP submits that the Police will look into the application of Petitioner and would intimate the decision to her. 2.

In case the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by Police, she may resort to appropriate remedy under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
