After this petition was heard for some time, the parties have reached to a consensus that the petitioners shall pay Rs.12,000/- per month from the date of decree instead of Rs.20,000/- per month as directed by the impugned order. The arrears of compensation shall be deposited within a period of one month from today with no further extension of time. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms, which shall be the modification of the impugned order dated 6th March, 2017 passed

Dusane 2/2 901 wp5549.2017 by the learned District Judge, Pune. The parties are at liberty to approach the learned appellate Judge with a request to take up the hearing of the appeal at an early date, which request be considered on its merits.
