It is submitted that, from the same Award, out of which the present Appeals are arising, there were 9 First Appeals, which came to be dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 8th October 2008. The Special Leave Petition preferred by the Appellant-State against the same is also dismissed.

In view thereof, there remains no substance in these Appeals also. Therefore, both these Appeals stand dismissed. 4.

In view of the dismissal of these Appeals, all pending Civil Applications pending therein, do not survive and the same are disposed off as infructuous.
