Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P.

Vide order dated 7th April, 2015, the Investigating Officer was directed to verify whether the applicants were at Internet Cafe at the relevant time or not. Learned A.P.P states that the statements of the witnesses have been recorded, which show that two of the applicants were present at the Internet Cafe at the relevant time. 1/3

On 7th April, 2015, a detailed order was passed by this Court, granting interim protection to the applicants. Considering the inter se dispute between the parties and for the reasons set out in the order dated 7th April, 2015, the applicants are entitled to be granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount ;
(ii) The applicants shall attend the Kolsewadi Police Station on the 1st Sunday of every month till the filing of the charge-sheet;
(iii) The applicant shall not attempt to contact or influence the complainant or any witness concerned with the said case;
(iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
