The learned APP, at the outset, submits that in the present case, charge has been framed and trial has commenced. Upon this, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, the learned Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No.49 of 2014 shall make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 10 months.
