By a reasoned Order dated 26.07.2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that as noted in the said Order dated 26.07.2017, the Applicant has already paid an amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- to the Complainant - Company. She further submitted that the Applicant is seriously disputing the entire claim of the electricity company and the Applicant has already filed Writ Petition on the original side of this Court bearing Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 1271 of 2017 questioning the imposition of amount of Rs. 1,84,000/- claimed by the electricity company and the said Writ Petition is pending for final adjudication.

After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that for further investigation of the present crime, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary. The interim relief granted by Order dated 26.07.2017 is hereby confirmed.
