The applicant was granted bail by order dated 5th January 2022 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.430 of 2021. Learned advocate for applicant submitted that condition of reporting Wada Police Station stipulated in order dated 5th January 2022 and modified order dated 12th January 2022 be dispensed with. The passport was seized prior to condition to deposit passed by this Court. In view of condition stipulated in order dated 5th January 2022 regarding deposit of passport, the applicant has preferred the application before this Court. The passport be returned to the applicant for the purpose of renewal since the validity period has expired. 2.

The condition of reporting to concerned Police Station is stipulated vide order dated 5th January 2022. No case is made out for relaxation of said condition. The applicant is permitted to prefer MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.04.16 16:54:14 +0530 application for return of passport before Special Court only for the purpose of renewal. The Trial Court may consider such application with
