By the impugned order dated 04/03/2014, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, has merely held that the revision petition instituted before him is maintainable and the matter has been posted for final disposal on merits. URS

At this stage, there is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order. This is because if the Divisional Joint Registrar ultimately decides the matter against the petitioner, and the petitioner chooses to take out substantive proceedings against such final decision, then the petitioner will obviously be entitled to agitate the issue of maintainability of proceedings before the Divisional Joint Registrar. In any case, liberty to this effect is granted to the petitioner. 5.

With liberty as aforesaid, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
