The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that distillate marine oil is detained by the Respondents. The test report conforms with the declaration made by the Petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner has already given Applications for clearance on 21st March 2022 and 30th March 2022. Same are not yet decided.
