The Petition is filed by the Petitioners essentially seeking the directions to decide the Complaint dated 5 March 2021. On 7 September 2021 we have passed the following order:

"The grievance of the Petitioners is that till date the complaint of the Petitioners (Exhibit-A, page-15 of the Petition) dated 05-03-2021 has not been decided by the Respondent-Corporation despite the order dated 26 March 2021.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation, on instructions from Ms.Ashwini Ahuja, Dy.Engineer, states that the complaint of the Petitioners dated 05-03-2021 shall be decided by the Chief Engineer before the next date, after hearing the Petitioners. 1/2

Stand over to 21 September 2021.

The Petitioners to appear before the Chief Engineer on 13 September 2021 at 11 a.m. alongwith copy of this order." Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation states that the complaint of the Petitioners has now been decided on 16 September 2021. A copy of the decision dated 16 September 2021 is taken on record. In the circumstances, the Petition is disposed of. The remedy of the Petitioners to challenge the said decision is kept open.
