The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the father-in-law of the applicant/accused is ready to stand as a solvent surety, however, he has a property at Washim, District Nashik. 4.

In view of this submission, the condition of furnishing local sureties is relaxed. The applicant is allowed to furnish one or two sureties from any place in Maharashtra.
