Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The prayer made in this Petition is for directing the 1st to 5th Respondents to take action of demolition in respect of the alleged illegal construction made by the Respondent No. 6. 4.

The Affidavit filed by the 2nd Respondent of Shri. Somnath Soshte refers to an order of demolition passed by the said Officer on 14th June 2018 a copy of which is annexed with the Affidavit.

The 2nd to 5th Respondents are bound to implement the said order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible unless there is an order of Competent Court which prevents them from acting upon the said order. 6.

With the above directions, the Petition is disposed of.
