This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.374/2015 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 359/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt. Manju Suri as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for respondent No.2 within the said stipulated period. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
