The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Petitioner does not desire to prosecute the Petition. The printout of e-mail dated 23 June 2017 is already placed on record on 23 June 2017. The notice of contempt has not been issued. Even otherwise, we are not inclined to initiate any action of under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. 2.

The main Writ Petition shall be fixed for "Fresh Admission" on 13 June 2018.
