Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P., as well as, learned counsel for respondent No.2. The application seeks orders for de-freezing bank accounts as per bank letter dated 08/01/2019 issued by D.N.S. Bank, Kalyan, Dist. Thane. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the Anticipatory Bail application has been allowed by the learned Single Judge of this court and
921-APLST-319-2019 the order passed U/s.102 of the Cr.p.c. was set aside and the bank was directed to de-freeze the account of the applicants. It is in pursuance to this order the applicants seeks defreezing of the bank account. 2.
Learned A.P.P., on instruction, has no objection to the application.

Accordingly, necessary directions be issued by the respondent No.1 to the D.N.S. Bank, Kalyan, Dist. Thane to de-freeze the seized bank account as per bank letter dated 08/01/2019.

The criminal application is accordingly disposed of. 5.
