We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the reply is given by the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 that they have not laid down the transmission lines and the towers. The Respondent Nos.6 and 7 do not have authority. It is not disputed that the work is already completed.

Infact, the Petitioners ought to have taken action when the work had commenced. It is also not disputed that for five to six months the work was continued.

Be that as it may, the Petitioners may take appropriate steps and file appropriate proceedings for the redressal of the grievance of the Petitioners. In that event, all contentions of the Petitioners are kept upon.
