It is not in dispute that the petitioners have already filed a revision application under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the learned Minister and the said revision application is still pending.

Learned Minister is directed to dispose off the said revision application filed by the petitioner within 12 weeks from today. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Minister on 18th June, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. The parties shall not ask for any unnecessary adjournment before the learned Minister.

Ad-interim order granted by this Court no 26th March, 2018 to continue till the disposal of the revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order if the same is adverse against the petitioner.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.

The parties as well as the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
