A detailed order was passed by us on 14th June, 2022. It was made clear in the order and particularly, in paragraph 6 that on the next scheduled date, if there is no response from the Petitioner or from the Respondent No. 1, this Court may pass appropriate order including an order of dismissal of the Petition for non prosecution.

Today when the matter was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition which is filed in the year 2018. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
