It is submitted that both these applications were preferred during the pendency of application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court since interim protection was not granted to the applicant. The applications before the Sessions Court are rejected by order dated 31st March, 2021. Hence, these applications became infructuous. Applicants would prefer fresh application for anticipatory bail in view of the rejection of the application by the Sessions Court.
