The Applicant, who is the original Claimant has sought withdrawal of amount of Rs.5,00,000/- which was ordered to be invested in Fixed Deposit. The Insurance Company has not challenged the order. The Appeal is filed by the Claimant for enhancement of the compensation.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with accrued interest is ordered to be paid to the original claimant.
