Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has handed over a demand draft of Rs.4,00,000/- to the learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank. Since the matter is now settled between the parties, learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank states that the no dues certificate and title deeds in respect of the secured asset shall be handed over to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the statement. The Petition to stand disposed of.
