The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Original Application No.1044 of 2021 which is pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. It is informed that the next date of proceedings is 1st April 2024.

The petitioner is at liberty to move a separate application with a request for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings before the Tribunal.

If such application is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
