When the matter is called out today, Mr. Bharat Gadhvi appears and points out that the Advocate on record Mr. Girish Badiger in the matter has filed a leave note and therefore they are unable to proceed with the matter. 3] Now, at the request of Mr. Bharat Gadhvi, the matter is posted at 3.00 p.m. by way of last chance. In case the matter is not proceeded with at 3.00 p.m., this Court shall be constrained to dismiss the same for want of prosecution.
