This Civil Application is moved for substituting respondent Nos.1a to 1g in the place of original Respondent No.1 in the First Appeal as well as in the Civil Application No.245 of 2014. However, the cause title discloses that this application was dismissed against Respondent No.1d on 14.6.2016. Then, against respondent Nos.1a, 1b, 1f and 1g on 21.9.2016. Thereafter, against Respondent No.1e, it was dismissed on 28.11.2016 and then, against respondent No.1c, it was dismissed on 13.4.2018.

Thus, as on today, the Civil Application does not survive as it is dismissed against all the respondents. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
