It is reported that the Petitioner No. 1 has expired on 13/11/2015. The learned Counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the death certificate. The copy of the death certificate is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. Hence, the Petition is withdrawn as far as the Petitioner No. 1 is concerned.
