Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner tendered a copy of the order passed by the laerned JMFC, Cantonment Court, Pune, dated 28.09.2021 and submits that the accused persons were already discharged as the complaint was withdrawn by the complainant. He submits that in view of this, nothing survives in this petition.

Given the above, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
