This is successive application for suspension of sentence and release of Applicant on bail. Earlier application for bail bearing Interim Application No.2203 of 2022 was rejected by a speaking Order dated 3rd August 2022 by the co-ordinate Bench. Except passage of seven months, there is no change in the circumstance, least to say any substantive change in the circumstances then prevailing on 3rd August 2022.

Learned Advocate for Applicant has called upon us to reappreciate the entire evidence again at this stage, however, it is not permissible in law as the earlier application was rejected on merits. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

In view thereof, we see no reason to consider request of Applicant for releasing him on bail at this stage. Application is accordingly dismissed.
