Gangadhar Mhamane President & Anr.

.. Contemptnors/Respondents Mr. Nitin A. Kulkarni a/w Avinash Belge for the petitioner. Mr. Kiran Gandhi i/b. Little & Co. for the respondents. CORAM : A.K. MENON, J.

DATED : 27TH MARCH, 2018.

P.C. :

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since filing of the petition, the respondents have complied with the order, except on the aspect of promotion, about which the petitioner continues to have a grievance against the respondents. In my view, the aspect of promotion was not a part of the order of which contempt is alleged.

2. In the circumstances, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with the clarification that it shall not affect the petitioner's right to claim any other relief against the respondents.
