She has instructions to make a statement that his custodial interrogation is not warranted in the offence invoking the relevant provisions of the IPC and the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Mark Act, 1999. Accepting the said statement, order dated 25/04/2022 is confirmed. As per the request of the Investigating Officer, the applicant shall mark his attendance before the Investigating Officer on 27th & 28th June, 2022 and, thereafter, as and when directed.
